"In 2025, I decided to take on Go the Distance by running 5km every day throughout September. It was a manageable challenge - around 25-30 minutes of exercise each day - but it also gave me something to stay accountable to during what is always a busy and demanding time at work. The challenge was much more than a fitness goal because I completed it in memory of my dad, Paul, who died from pulmonary fibrosis in the summer of 2023."
